Welcome to 3D Jewel Art, your online source for 3D jewelry models designed for printing and subsequent production. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

• This website provides digital 3D models that you can purchase and use for printing and manufacturing jewelry.

2. Purchase and Payment

• Users must register an account and log in to make purchases.
• All payments are processed securely via Prestashop Checkout and PayPal.
• Once the payment is successfully processed and accepted, the purchased model files become available for download from the user's Order History page.
• Models are provided in mgx format, which includes zipped stl files. They can be extracted using Materialise Magics or free Materialise MiniMagics.

3. License and Use of Models

• Upon purchase, you are granted a license to use the models for personal or commercial purposes. Redistribution or resale of the models is strictly prohibited.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are not available after a purchase has been made.

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of our models, including but not limited to failed print jobs, production failures, or unsuccessful attempts to manufacture jewelry products using our models. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from such issues.

6. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your consent to such changes.
